About recovery nutrition – for Athlete’s Circle ACEndurance training squad

Recently I was humbled to be asked by Ling Er, top Singaporean female finisher at The Ironman World Championships 2011, Run Specialist and ACEndurance Coach to do a simply write up on recovery nutrition for the ACEndurance training squad’s blog.
